First time buying a home and she made it so easy. Between handling negotiations and making sure everything we asked and required from the builders were DONE!!! We wanted to give her a gift to show her our appreciation and she wouldn’t except anything but Hotdogs ?????? can you believe. She is truly AWESOME. Where do I start! I found Patricia on Facebook and from the moment I spoke with her I knew she’s was the right realtor for my husband and I. She was patient, kind and real. Patricia helped me tremendously in buying my first home. From the first time I called Patricia asking for her help purchasing a home, she provided very useful advice, such as how to propose an initial offer and considering various aspects of the home to include in negotiations. This easily saved me thousands of dollars. In addition, she recommended an inspector who walked me through the home pointing out concerns, which helped me gain a better understanding of home construction and repairs that may be needed. Throughout the process, Patricia was very responsive, usually responding within minutes of my texts, and being very flexible on call times. After the closing on the home, she also helped me save a lot of money on an ADT system via a referral benefit, in addition to providing recommendations for other home services I may need. I also liked that she took nice photos during the closing, which will be great to help me remember my first home purchase. I'd highly recommend Patricia, and will be recommending her to friends in Austin when they're looking to purchase a home.
