We did DEEP inspections on a half-dozen houses in the investment range and geography we were interested in. We found a lot of cosmetic and superficial cover-ups with structural issues with hidden costs (which I expected). I was pleasantly surprised by how well Star Mandrel diagnosed these hidden issues and by her honesty that could have cost her any sale to us. I have 100% confidence in this professional.
