He had several other clients at the same time but always made us feel like we were the only clients he had. He took the time to take notes for us on every house we saw so that we could remember what we liked and disliked and how homes compared. He always let us form our own opinions about the homes and never tried to talk us into things that we did not really care for. We would highly recommend Jason! He was super fast and responsive to all of our inquiries and went above and beyond to make sure we had all that we needed in every step of the process. He really helped us navigate the home buying process in this crazy market and gave us great contacts (like for a mortgage lender) so we could get our offer in quickly. While looking at houses, he was noting big ticket items like noticeable foundation issues, furnace age, etc. so we knew what we were getting into before making an offer. He moved quick which allowed us to jump on our home early and helped us craft a really competitive offer without using up all of our resources. In the end, we closed on our home in less than a month. If you want someone experienced who moves quick, isn't pushy, and can give you firm and straightforward guidance, then consider Jason!
