Chelsea went above and beyond for us throughout our home buying experience. We had a long 6 month period of searching through closing. Chelsea was never unavailable, she answered every question we had even if she didn't didnt have an answer she would do the the research and always get back with us in a timely manner. She went way above what I could have ever expected from a realtor. Her and her family are amazing people and are now extended family. So glad we found Chelsea, will never work with another realtor again.

Let’s start this off by saying that I was probably Chelsea most demanding client. I happen to be a type of person who is difficult to please but with Chelsea’s personality and professionalism she was able too find me a property that actually gave me a sense of peace when I walked on it. Chelsea was able to take the really strict criteria that I gave her and after months of disappointments find what I was looking for. The good thing about this long search was that Chelsea never gave up on me no matter what. I not only found the property meant for me I also made a great friend. Let me start off with saying- We couldn’t have prepared ourselves for just how AMAZING our Realtor Chelsea Ratcliff is/has been and i don’t put that lightly! We have been working with Chelsea to buy our first home and she has completely exceeded any possible expectations to have for a reality/realtor experience! We will now forever have a contact to give if anyone asks our family if we know of any good realtor they could contact to buy/sell a home! (PS: She’s a thousand times more than just a ‘good’ realtor!) My family’s schedule has been absolutely hectic being that i am disabled/Chronically ill and a Marines Wife (as i know anyones schedules can get busy and hectic) so that has put a particular stress on our home buying equation, have no worries when working with Chelsea! She is so patient, kind, and helpful! She has been nothing but understanding of the circumstances of our family while we have been dealing with trying to buy a home with the other added stressors. She has went above and beyond to help us get all our ducks in a row to get into our dream home! Did i mention she helped us with all of this from TWO THOUSAND miles away? YES you read that correctly, on-top of my health issues and in-between communication due to my many appointments/procedures, we are states away! She has truly been a blessing! From making time for us whenever we needed it (often lol!) to meeting up with My family members still living in that area and helping us find the best home for our family needs while NEVER making us feel like a burden to deal with or help out! (which to me felt like all the time i was asking for things and she was more than willing to educate me on them or find things out lol!) i CAN NOT suggest enough for you to choose Chelsea as your agent! She has made a difference in my family’s world, let her do the same for yours!
