Barry was extremely supportive and helpful throughout the entire process of buying our home. On closing day we encountered an unusual problem that threatened to scuttle the entire escrow process. I’m confident that without Barry’s persistence and deep knowledge of the escrow process, we would not have our house today. Furthermore, he’s a very approachable and nice guy.

I HIGHLY recommend Barry to any potential home buyer.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Barry! He was extremely responsive questions, he volunteered to drive to the property to check on things to save us a long trip, and his experience made it the smoothest real-estate transaction I've ever been a part of. Not only is Barry top notch, every one of his contacts that he recommended to us to work with was equally top notch.

Several months ago we started the journey of selling our home in Florida and subsequently buying a home in Idaho. We were so fortunate to be connected with Pam and Barry Meyers. They went above and beyond working with us finding a new home . Every house we were interested in they would travel to and provide us with detailed information.. Barry answered all of our questions and walked us through all facets of purchasing a home. We felt totally confident with his knowledge and expertise. Both Pam and Barry Meyers were fantastic with communications. We were always kept informed with our process.

We are so pleased we had the opportunity to work with Barry on purchasing our home as first time buyers. He is as professional as you can get, extremely detail oriented, didn’t miss a beat, an honest client advocate and very easy to work with. Barry understood we were on a time crunch and without hesitation worked to the best of his ability to meet our deadline. He helped us move along the process fairly quickly and he was always responsive, always a text or call away anytime we had a question. We realized we were in good hands and felt we were taken care of every step of the way. Everything worked out perfectly, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! What an awesome experience selling my house with Barry. Even though I live 2500 miles away from this property, Barry made it effortless and kept me informed every step of the way. His professional advice, when needed, was so appreciated. When homes in the Athol area were not selling quickly, I was afraid my home would be in the same situation. Barry was able to sell and close within a one month period. I didn't know any agents in the area prior to selling but Barry came highly recommended and for a reason. He knows what he is doing and knows what to do to get a house sold. He now becomes highly recommended by me.

Barry and Pam are the best!! We were purchasing a house in Northern Idaho while still living in another state. We couldn’t be here for the walk through/closing, but we were so grateful and confident that Barry was able to be there in our stead to make sure all was right! Using Docusign for all the paperwork was so easy too. If you’re planning on buying or selling a house we would highly recommend Barry and Pam. Very knowledgeable, kind, patient, sweet people.

Berry and Pam were amazing. They took the time to go above and beyond for us. Answering all our questions and concerns. If they didn't have an answer they found out for us. Made our first time home experience great. Everything went smoothly and closing was on time. Berry took the time to explain each part of the process of home buying making sure our needs in the home were met. We couldn't imagine a better home buying experience without all their help.
