After the inheritance of our parents property, we brought Samantha in to evaluate the property and let us know what we needed to do to get it ready for sale. When we got to the spot where we ready to put it on the market, she came back in fully prepared to do her best work for us. We were live within the week and had an offer that same week. Samantha was absolutely amazing! She made this the easiest real estate transaction we have ever had. She was on top of every single little thing. She checked in regularly to see if we were ok or if we needed anything. She made sure everything was in order for us to have smooth closings. We listed our home, sold it, and closed on our new home all in less than 30 days. Not one hiccup or bump in the road during the whole process. I would recommend Samantha hands down!

I met Samantha Dinges at a home I wanted to see. She was so very personable and helpful during that first showing I chose her to be my realtor. From day one throughout the process of securing my new home she was wonderful to work with me. This was my first home purchase on my own after living in my most recent home for 28 years. Sam did an amazing job! Great personality and very easy to work with. She kept me up to date on what was happening and made the transition super easy! I found a new home and bought it and closed within 10 days, put my current home on the market and sold it within hours! Sam was amazing to work with. She was very patient with us as we looked at a lot of houses! She was honest if she thought the house would be a good fit for our family. She also asked just the right questions to make us think about what we really wanted in a house. She was quick to answer any questions we had. Lastly, since she has worked in all aspects of home buying and selling, she is knowledgeable in all those aspects (loan, appraisal, inspection, contract writing, etc) and can answer all questions confidently. She’s amazing and definitely the relator you need to use to buy or sell your next home!

I can't say enough good things about Samantha! She was so patient with us and worked very hard to find a house that was within our budget and also fit our needs. She showed us so many houses and was in constant contact with us about what we saw. There were a couple of times she went to look at a house without us because she learned very quickly the style we liked and the features we were looking for. If I ever move again, she'll be the person I call to help.
