Samantha was absolutely amazing! She made this the easiest real estate transaction we have ever had. She was on top of every single little thing. She checked in regularly to see if we were ok or if we needed anything. She made sure everything was in order for us to have smooth closings. We listed our home, sold it, and closed on our new home all in less than 30 days. Not one hiccup or bump in the road during the whole process. I would recommend Samantha hands down!

I met Samantha Dinges at a home I wanted to see. She was so very personable and helpful during that first showing I chose her to be my realtor. From day one throughout the process of securing my new home she was wonderful to work with me. This was my first home purchase on my own after living in my most recent home for 28 years. She was on top of everything, keeping me informed every step of the way, being available to open up the house for special viewings for my family, contractors etc. she also gave me wonderful references for loan officer, painters, home inspector, etc. I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing to buy or sell their home. She's top notch!

Sam is a great choice for a realtor when looking for a house. This housing market is insane and I started to lose hope we would find something in our price range that had at least the majority of things we were looking for. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Sam! She made this process so easy for us and was very encouraging and patient with our home buying experience. It wasn’t easy to find exactly what we were looking for at the price we wanted in the seller’s market we were in, but somehow we managed to do it under budget!!!! Two enthusiastic thumbs up for Sam and her team.

Sam did an amazing job! Great personality and very easy to work with. She kept me up to date on what was happening and made the transition super easy! I found a new home and bought it and closed within 10 days, put my current home on the market and sold it within hours! I will definitely recommend her and use her as an agent in the future if I need her.

Sam was amazing to work with. She was very patient with us as we looked at a lot of houses! She was honest if she thought the house would be a good fit for our family. She also asked just the right questions to make us think about what we really wanted in a house. She was quick to answer any questions we had. Lastly, since she has worked in all aspects of home buying and selling, she is knowledgeable in all those aspects (loan, appraisal, inspection, contract writing, etc) and can answer all questions confidently. She’s amazing and definitely the relator you need to use to buy or sell your next home!

I can't say enough good things about Samantha! She was so patient with us and worked very hard to find a house that was within our budget and also fit our needs. She showed us so many houses and was in constant contact with us about what we saw. There were a couple of times she went to look at a house without us because she learned very quickly the style we liked and the features we were looking for. If I ever move again, she'll be the person I call to help.

Sam kept us updated and well informed on all the houses we pursued. She was timely and persistent to get us the best deal and I always felt we were prepared. Sam knows what she is looking for when it comes to making sure everything looks right on a home and will go out of her way to find anything out. Could not recommend her enough.
