The house we sold is a unique layout that needed the right buyer and Todd worked diligently to find us potential buyers. We also had a lot of specific things we were looking for in our future home and he found us lots of options to look at and ultimately helped us find our dream home. We have had Todd as our realtor in the past too and he is a top notch Realtor.

Todd is an excellent realtor. I've sed him twice now, he responds very timely, follows up but doesnt rush you, doesnt try to push you into buying a house you dont really want. He explains things if you're unsure about what is happening in the home buying process. All around an incredible realtor and will use him again if I am in the market in the future.

Todd was our realtor to sell my mother's condo in New Boston. He was Timely and keep us up to date on everything that was happening. His team took amazing photos that really showcased the condo. The buyer wanted to close in one week so there were a few hoops we had to jump through due to the estate, but Todd worked with everyone, and we closed in a week and half. Very happy with his service and team. I would recommend him and use him in the future if needed.
