I can't say enough good things about Nichole. She was extremely helpful throughout the whole home buying process, taking the time to make sure we understood each step and what we could expect moving forward. Nichole was very thorough and on top of her work. If we had questions about the property, she got us answers fast. She is very knowledgeable about the home buying process and about homes themselves. Lastly, Nichole is the sweetest, she made sure we were well taken care of as first time home buyers and was our biggest cheerleader. We love her and can't thank her enough for all her hard work.

Nichole is a great realtor. I have been working with her out of state for 3-4 years looking for that special place to call home in Oregon. It hasn't been easy with the housing market, not a great time for buyers. Until today! I just recorded the deed to my new property. Nichole was amazing, smart and communicated well through out the process. I found the ability to talk to her any time day or night a huge comfort. She was super fast and cheerful every step in the process and knew her stuff. That meant a lot!

I met Nichole at a Chamber meeting last fall, she introduced herself and that she was with NextHome Picket Fence Realty. I mentioned that my Credit Union has been looking for property to build in Philomath, within a day Nichole came and found my Office and had put together a portfolio of all the available locations in our area.
