Helping people go solar has been a very fulfilling career. Everyone has a need for electricity, but most are still buying it from the grid and overpaying the monopoly utility company of their region. I provide a service that allows people to enjoy the savings that solar provides, without paying any money upfront in most cases. Helping people save money and making friends while doing it hardly feels like work to me, I really enjoy what we do here! Extremely responsible, always available to answer questions. Derick would call many times to make sure everything is going well and to update on progress, plans, schedules all of that. While installation was going on he called multiple times to ensure everything is smooth. Without asking, he called again twice to help me configure the App, explained all settings, how I can manage the system etc. I never felt like a "customer" it was more like he was doing it for himself !
