Meredith went above and beyond to find and help us get into our new home. She searched across many areas looking for properties that met our criteria and never became discouraged when we decided they did not meet our needs. After we found the right place, she was constantly on call for offers, comps, and everything else. She routinely represented us to the listing agent about specific questions, and she was at the closing to ensure all went smoothly. She gets 5 stars, but she is the best, loyal RE agent with which I have ever worked! GREAT JOB, Meredith!!

If you are in the market for a realtor, I recommend Meredith without hesitation. She strives for excellence in all that she does. I've never worked with or heard about a realtor who provides all the services that Meredith willingly and cheerfully provided to us.

There are 2 things that are key in a realtor-client relationship: communication and marketing. Meredith kept us informed at every turn, therefore keeping us on track. Her marketing strategies are a perfect fit for your home, not just the same old standard routine regardless of the need.

Meredith basically sold our home in 1 day, even though the stats may show 3 as that is how long the paper process took in obtaining a signed contract. What sold the buyer on the home? The professional video that Meredith arranged of the house and the property. Meredith is the absolute BEST realtor we've worked with while living in Oklahoma. Our realtor to purchase our house was awful. Our next realtor to sell the house was even worst!!! We originally listed our home in January and 5 months later we fired her because of lack of showings and the broker refusing to have an open house. Luckily Meredith reached out to us and offered to help and give advice on what to do next. In 3 weeks we had an offer on our house above list price after Meredith negotiated our counter. We are currently in escrow and what's ironic is Meredith was able to sell our home through 3 open houses, which is something our previous realtor refused to do. We are beyond THANKFUL for Meredith and couldn't be more happy with her professionalism, competency, and determination to have our house sold before moving from Oklahoma to California. My husband and I are confident you will be in good hands with Meredith!

Meredith was a pleasure to work with. She went the extra mile in helping us sell our house. She conducted weekly open houses and gave us several recommendations on easy repairs/improvements that would help us sell our house fast. She knows the market well and has great negotiation skills. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house!
