Kathy Smith is wonderful. She set up appointments quickly for any home I asked to see no matter price, location, or condition. Once she couldn't make an evening appointment but made sure I was shown the house. She listens to your wants and needs and will not try to push anything you're not interested in or can't afford. Kathy provided me with contacts for all aspects of buying a home: she set up the inspection, pointed me in the direction of insurance carriers and mortgage brokers, sent me names and numbers for the utilities, and even someone to help with a few repairs needed. Kathy is very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions or concerns. If she does not know, she will find you the answer. When all is said and done, you can call and she will help any way she can. Kathy gives you the best experience from beginning to end.
