Paul Derby is by far the best agent you could ever ask for. He got us into a house we never thought we would ever be able to afford. Paul has been there every step of the way from getting our pre approval to closing on the house. No matter how difficult it had gotten Paul was able to save the deal. When other realtors told us no, Paul told us there was a way. When someone says you need to have a very knowledgeable realestate agent, they are talking about agents like Paul.
