Paul was great. Just about anyone can facilitate the purchase or sale of a house, but Paul knows his market and the people working within it. That is worth its weight in gold. I met Paul last year and took a chance that he would be able to assist me in getting my step-father's home sold. I did not have a lot of experience in this arena, and needed a lot of help and advice. The home for sale ended up needing a great deal of work and Paul graciously advised me every step of the way. He was always willing to go the extra mile, including meeting contractors at the home so I wouldn't need to take even more time off work. We met Paul through a Zillow home show request. Right off the bat, his personality resonated with my husband and me. He was knowledgeable about each home we visited, and patient as we waited for the perfect home. His background in construction was a bonus as we examined areas of homes requiring attention.
