Selling my house wasn't as easy as 1,2,3. The house was being sold "as is" and needed a lot of repair, imagination and money. We needed to find the right buyer. Shelly worked hard for me to find that right buyer! After many deals that fell through, we finally found a buyer! I won't forget all her hard work and dedication, helpful tactics that helped get the property sold! I feel she went above and beyond to help me get the property sold. She remained positive when I was doubtful and kept me headed in the right direction for the sale of the house. I would recommend Shelly to sell your house or help you find your next dream home!

I work a rotating shift schedule. Shelley was understanding that I may not be available during "normal business hours". She was able to accommodate nicely to these needs and made herself available to speak on the phone or text even if she or I were out of town.

Shelley made this stressful situation so much easier, she really listened to what we were looking for in a home and worked hard to show us houses that met that. She never made us feel pressured into liking a house and once we found one we love she advocated for us through a less than easy closing process to ensure we got our dream home. There were no surprises and she managed to sell my house, arrange the closing and the proceeds hit my account in less than one month! The level of service and her knowledge in real estate was superb. Shelley has been wonderful with our home buying and selling adventures. She provided us with knowledge and support while buying our first home. She truly does care about the clients she works with. She was patient and kind, always willing to answer questions day or night. There are no words adequate enough to provide the proper praise for everything Shelley did for us. Not only was she a fantastic realtor, but she became our friend over many months of searching and personal setbacks in our family. She advocated for us, drove ALL the miles, as our loan had very specific parameters and we looked at homes in multiple counties. She was ALWAYS friendly, ALWAYS made the time, and ALWAYS answered our questions. I will honestly miss getting to see her so often - haha. Should we ever decide to move, she will be the ONLY one I call. A fantastic realtor, but an even better human being. Thank you Shelley!

Shelley did an amazing job of finding us a lake home, which will be our eventual retirement home. After looking at a couple of homes, she knew exactly what would be a perfect fit...and she found it! It only took a month to tour the home, write an offer, close and take possession. This was an incredible time frame, but because Shelley knew that the title work might take some time, she got the ball rolling right away and helped to expedite the process smoothly and seamlessly. If you need a realtor and you want the best, you need Shelley!!!
