Richard is a great realtor! He is very professional and more importantly, very patient! I am a first-time home buyer, so I literally knew nothing at the beginning. He walked me through everything, and taught me a lot of things about houses/condos. He has been extremely helpful - he did not just what a realtor should do, but way beyond that! I have to say, without him, I would not have my own home such soon. My condo (a townhouse) needs some updates, and Richard has been helping me with everything else! I just moved here few months ago, and as a first-time home buyer, I don't have any connections here and knew nothing about remodeling a home. Besides that, I am busy with my job, so I have no time and energy to take care of the work. Without him, I would not dare to buy this condo. So, I really appreciate Richard's work and help.
