Alicia did an amazing job from start till finish. I was helping my parents sale their home in NC and I myself live in Washington state and my parents are elderly, and Alicia was there for us every step of the way, she was very accommodating for my elderly parents whether it was the viewings she scheduled around their times, or helping them navigate their smart phones in order to be able to e-sign. She stayed consistent contact with us throughout the entire process. Words can't express how glad I am that she was their realtor. I would recommend her to anyone but especially if they are elderly.
