Alicia was more than professional she was personable with how she answered my many questions and how she explained each step of the process going forward. This was my first time purchasing a home so I did not know what to expect. She knew all of laws and procedures. She did not allow me to be taken advantage of. I felt confident that she had my best interest in mind. Her courteousy did not stop after closing she was also available after the process with information on how to transfer my mail and with moving and so on. She took care of my family like we were her very own family. I am so glad that Alicia was willing and able to assist me through this process and I am in love with the new place she helped me to find.
