Brandt did an awesome job for us! He is very patient, which is good because we are very particular and discriminating. We looked at ALOT of houses until we found the one that checked the boxes. Brandt is no nonsense and will NOT show or sell a house to you that is not right for you. Whenever we toured a property, he would arrive before us to scope it out and by the time we arrived he would point out problems that he saw with the home as well as any features we may like.

Brandt was extremely helpful with finding us a house. We moved from out of state and as such weren’t always available to look at places in person. He was very receptive to our requests and interests and went through several places via video call with us when we couldn’t be there in person. He also helped stay on top of issues with the house we ultimately purchased and worked with the seller to get them fixed. Definitely recommend him if your looking for an agent in the Topeka area.
