Ruthie took me on as a client via a friend who left the RE world. She did not hesitate to listen to what I was seeking in a rental property for future use as a home for my kids while attending OU. I was added to Ruthie’s list of my criteria and perused the daily emails. I found one I wanted, late at night, and notified Ruthie. Despite the time, she got the contract written up and sent in. Early the next morning, she notified me of the offer being accepted, which was a relief because I was searching for a bit.

Throughout the whole process, Ruthie made it easy as I am an out of state buyer. She set up everything needed and kept me informed through the entire process. Do not hesitate to have her on your side.
