I would highly recommend Debbie for anyone looking for a home in the Gloucester and surrounding area. We were re-locating from NY, and hired Debbie as our Buyer's Broker. She was amazing! She worked very hard on our behalf. She was efficient, professional, very knowledgeable, and fun to work with. Not only did she select great properties to look at, she coordinated with me, my sister and brother-in-law to view properties. I could not be at all viewings, so my sister and her husband would look at the homes, send me video's, etc. Debbie was very good at relaying the good things, as well as the concerns about each property. When we made an offer, she stayed on top of the status and kept things moving along. She also explained how things were different in VA (ie: the use of heat pumps), and what to look for. She kept on top of all the inspections and made sure I had phone numbers needed to switch utilities over. I trusted her experience, her advice, her recommendations and I'm glad I did.
