I would highly recommend Debbie for anyone looking for a home in the Gloucester and surrounding area. We were re-locating from NY, and hired Debbie as our Buyer's Broker. She was amazing! She worked very hard on our behalf. She was efficient, professional, very knowledgeable, and fun to work with. Not only did she select great properties to look at, she coordinated with me, my sister and brother-in-law to view properties. I could not be at all viewings, so my sister and her husband would look at the homes, send me video's, etc. Debbie was very good at relaying the good things, as well as the concerns about each property. When we made an offer, she stayed on top of the status and kept things moving along. She also explained how things were different in VA (ie: the use of heat pumps), and what to look for. She kept on top of all the inspections and made sure I had phone numbers needed to switch utilities over. I trusted her experience, her advice, her recommendations and I'm glad I did. She went above and beyond to help make our home purchase, and relocation as easy as possible. Thank you so much Debbie.....you are the best!

We moved from New Jersey to Midlothian, Va, But we wanted to move to the area around Gloucester Va. Debbie came highly recommended from a high school friend living in the area. Debbie's expertise in the field was amazing, she treated every home we looked at as if she was buying it. She spent about 5 months with us and was very patient. Even after the closing she called to see if there was anything we needed. Debbie is a huge resource for the Gloucester, Williamsburg, Newport News area. From food stores to restaurants to furniture stores to contracters she went above and beyond. You will not go wrong when you call Debbie!

Debbie helped us find a wonderful home in the Hampton Roads area during this extremely difficult market upturn! Debbie was available 24/7 and was quick to jump on homes/schedule tours with agents as soon as they were on the market. Not only was she quick with listings as soon as they came on the market, she was also extremely knowledgeable on all things inspection and contract details. Ms. Martin was so awesome to work with. This estate was such a challenge and required much patience and time to see it through. I was introduced to Debbie from a good friend who had used her as her realtor to buy their retirement home, as I watched the attention and dedication that Debbie gave them through their closing I knew the minute I decided to look for a second home in the area, I wanted Debbie to be our realtor! As I am a primary resident of Florida, Debbie made the entire experience easy from coordinating as many viewings as she could possibly get in when we were in town. And once we settled on a place, she assisted with the coordination of our remote closing seamlessly, right down to the last minute details of the final walk-thru she did for us. She had many references for insurance, inspectors and lenders. Learning about the area from her made this second home choice feel right! Now that we have closed on our second home, we miss the phone calls, facetime, and texting with her, she made us feel welcome to the community.

Debbie helped me so much with the sale of my sons home. My son was relocated and I live out of state we listed the property with Debbie before we left. We had a contract within 1 week. With neither myself or my son there, once we got rolling there were repairs and such that had to be done. Debbie was just wonderful she took care of everything we needed to get done. She was wonderful to work with and professional. I would call her again if I needed to sell another property.

Debbie is a super real estate agent. She helped me find the place that suits me perfectly and worked all the challenges to bringing it to close, in spite of the fact that I live in Hawaii, 5000 miles away from Gloucester.
