Mike (aka Coach Miller) did an absolutely amazing job helping me buy my first home! He was originally my field hockey coach back in the 2010s and I knew he was someone I could trust to help guide me through this incredibly daunting process! He was incredibly responsive to all my communications, by both email and text. Once we met and discussed my home preferences, he set up multiple showings matching my needs until we found the one I loved. He was able to help me through the offer and negotiation process. During the period from offer acceptance to closing, he remained a vital support. He helped with the home inspection, repairs, the appraisal, and collaborated with so many different parties, from the seller to the mortgage lender to the inspector to my closing attorney. If there was ever a needed third-party, he pointed me to trusted professionals and helped make the process as painless as possible. Even after closing, he has been available to help with questions! I cannot recommend him enough!

I have known Mike for almost 30 years and in that time he has handled every real estate transaction I have made. He has been the listing agent on 3 sales and the buying agent on 2 purchases. He is equally adept at both roles, but he is especially good at getting the almost always endless list of things done that are needed to close a sale. He is also very savvy and understands current markets very well. All of my home sales have sold and closed very quickly after getting to market. I highly recommend Mike for whatever your real estate needs may be.

Mike was the best realtor ever. He was always available for any questions we had and found us the perfect house in the best neighborhood. It was a long process with lots of unaccepted offers but he stuck with us through it all and was very supportive (and a bit of a therapist on the hard days). Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell their home!
