Frank is a true professional he did a great job marketing my home.. We had a large 126 year old house and he did considerable research in finding comparables to help establish a sales price. He helped considerably in advising us on steps to improve marketability and aarranging for a landscaper to make the property look better. The marketing stimuleted considerable traffic and we got a good offer within a month which led to the final sale. He helped a lot in negotiating the final deal as the buyers wanted a lot of repairs and Frank advised an allowance with no further back and forth and that led to a quick closing to negotiations and closing. Frank is easy to talk to and is not a high pressure guy and genially cares about his clients.

He provided a very thorough pricing comparison of similar homes and recommended a good price for our house. He promptly returns phone calls and strives to satisfy any concerns.
