I began to look for my first home about 3years ago and that’s when I met kelly, during those years covid happened and it felt impossible for us to find a home and sometime to the point me and my wife took long breaks from looking as we would loose hope and but this year we would look here and there without getting our hopes up and in December we looked at a few homes and found the one we loved. Kelly stuck with us for about 16 offers till we got a home, Kelly was helpful and understanding. She still keeps in touch and recommends ppl if we need anything. With Kelly we feel like we gained a friend than a realtor

Kelly was recommended to us from a friend and what a blessing that was. She’s kept on track with exactly what we were looking for and kept us updated every step of the way. Kelly Staneruck is a phenomenal agent! She is always on it and extremely responsive! She will go out of her way to make sure you get everything your asking for and she will fight for you to get what you need and what you deserve from the seller of the house you are trying to buy! I will forever be grateful for all the hard work she has done for me and my family! I have already passed her card on to friends and plan to tell everyone I know that decides to to sell or buy a house!

Kelly is absolutely amazing. My fiance and I would not be in our home without her help and guidance. We are a younger couple who had no idea what the home buying process is like and Kelly explained every step and made sure we were comfortable, informed and getting the best deal possible. Even now that we closed she's still checking on us and there for any questions. I can't recommend her enough. She's now not only our realtor but a good friend.

Kelley was just amazing. We moved from PA to FL and really needed someone to lean on. She went above and beyond. She is always a pleasure to talk to and works her butt off. We looked at about 20 places between 2 FL visits. She always accommodated us and made sure we understood each step and each process.

Kelly is amazing! We met on chance when she showed us a property in PSL and after deciding that property was not suitable she quickly committed to finding us a property that we would love.

She connected us with a broker for the approval and that was it. We just moved into our property and couldn't be happier!
