They navigated us away from houses with hidden issues and swiftly enabled us to get our dream house by handling all the communications between our mortgage company and owner, including adding safety precautions for our bids. Their expertise in handling all the communications enabled us to just concentrate on selecting our house. Would most highly recommend Ed and Kelly Cunningham to all home buyers.

I was linked to Eddie while looking for a second home two hours away from my home. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Eddie. His availability to answer questions or last minute requests were unmatched. I am a single Mom with a busy schedule and considering the distance I had to travel to see possible homes was a challenging, and Eddie always tried his best to accommodate my requests, even during the weekends when he has his own personal affairs and family life. I loved that he didn't just try to sell any house and was honest about his opinion of the homes or location. I was specific about what I was looking for and despite the sellers market, Eddie tried his best to not let me get into a transaction he believed was not a good fit financially even if it was to his benefit. Not only was he extremely professional, he was super kind and just a pleasure to talk to or deal with. I hope to continue to work with Eddie in the future should the opportunity arise. Thank you Eddie for making this process as easy as possible and the most pleasant real estate transaction I have had.

Ed Cunningham and Nico Rodriguez were there for us! Our house was destroyed by fire. By chance (!), we were connected with Ed's agency electronically for a replacement property we wanted to see. From the initial introduction through to the purchase they were there for us. Every text, call, and email was answered within a reasonable period of time. As buyers agents they worked hard, were reliable, and trustworthy. They offered their recommendations and allowed us to arrive at our own conclusions. There was never a feeling that we needed to make a quick decision. We couldn't have had a better, more relaxed experience. We cannot recommend Ed, Nico, and the rest of Ed's staff highly enough.

We lucked out finding Ed & Kelly Cunningham! Our daughter actually found Ed online and he was extremely helpful scheduling appointments for her (and us) to look at numerous properties. Ed was always accessible except for once and then Kelly was able to show us two properties. She was also terrific! We highly recommend Ed & Kelly for real estate transactions!

Kelly has been the absolute best to work with! I started this process dreading all things real estate and she has made it as painless a possible. I’ve learned so much from her and I appreciate her patience and availability. She even came down to show the same house twice in one day, because my spouse and I weren’t available at the same time.
