Rachele Evers helped us find a house in a very difficult market. I loved that she was straight forward and didn't try to sugar coat anything. She was helpful, understanding, kind and NEVER pressured us into anything. I appreciated that she found ways to work me into her busy schedule with extra showings and strived to get me into as many houses as possible. Even in this aggressive market she was able to help my family find the perfect house within our budget. I will definitely be recommending her to prospective home buyers in the future.

Rachele was AMAZING to work with. Got recommended her from my financial advisor, which meant she had the basics of what we were working with before I first met up with her. She made the process of buying my house as simple as she possibly could, while also taking the time to explain the big points to someone extremely new to buying. Rachele is truly the one you want by your side if you’re looking to buy or sell a house.

Throughout our buying process, she was an expert negotiator and quite literally is the reason our offer was accepted.

And during the selling process she handled curveball after curveball in total lockstep with us. She kept her cool, came to us with option after option, and kept pushing forward to get the deal across the finish line.

We loved working with Rachele and Sarabeth so much! My fiance and I had been looking for houses for a while with another agent and it just wasn't working out. Then I got connected with Rachel who connected us with Sarabeth. We saw so many houses together and had so many adventures. They were both always there to answer a questions. Any questions. It took some time but we found the house. It was perfect for us! If your looking to buy and want agents who will always be straight with you find you that fit all your wants and needs then do whatever they can to make sure you get the house then Rachele and and Sarabeth are your girls 100% recommend 10 out of 10!!!

Trena and Cassandra were AMAZING!!! Cassandra is a genius with numbers and made sure that I was able to stick within budget. Trena helped me find the perfect house. She called the seller's agent, and then roped Cassandra in, who also called the agent. They worked some magic and somehow I am lucky enough to own my first home that's under budget AND perfect for my dog and myself. I can't begin to explain how grateful I am and how magical these women are!

One of the easiest 5 star ratings I've ever given out! If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares about finding you the perfect home, go with Agent Rx.

I worked primarily with an amazing agent in Sarabeth Stankevich! She's incredibly persistent and truly goes out of her way to help you not only find your home, but go out there and get it! I was amazed at how well she knew my preferences for home buying. In this crazy market, you definitely need an agent that is looking out for your best interests and she does just that!

Throughout the entire process, she was very quick to schedule tours. Many times I would find a home of interest, and she would have a tour scheduled within 24 hours. She really knows her way around the housing market! I was impressed many times by her ability to suggest new market hits that fit my exact preferences. If it wasn't for her go get it attitude, I'm not sure I would have found my perfect home!

I can't thank Agent Rx enough for all the help they provided throughout the process. Also have to give Rachele Evers a shout out for her assistance! Another wonderful Agent that exhibits true genuineness!
