We hired Kelly S. For the sale of my mother's house in Richmond Hrs. Within couple of days everything was set up and ready to go. We had multiple offers within first week and we chose the best one for us. Whole process was easy and hasle free. Option for E-signatures on documents came in handy as I travel out of state on weekly basis. She and her team worked non stop with title bureau and buyers to get the house transfered to new buyers as soon as possible. Would definitely recommend for future buys and sells

I was not planning on buying a home when I moved back to the Cleveland area last year. I was just "window shopping" when I found what I thought was the perfect townhome for me.
