Tony is a consummate professional. He helped us locate a condominium in a prestigious condominium building in Lakewood Ohio and was patient and had to work through many potential listings until we found the one we wanted. When we found the one we wanted, we knew there would be a lot of competition. He developed a strategy that enabled us to get the property the day we saw it. Even more impressive is the fact that he sold our home in the suburb of Rocky River in one day at 20% over asking. Now this is a really good community, but he took many steps to ensure that the competition on the property would be keen and was in regular contact with a number of potential buyers and their brokers. We thought about trying to sell this house on our own, but realized now we would’ve been wasting our time. again, 20% over asking. We’re still pinching ourselves. Cannot recommend him highly enough.

I worked with Tony in buying a home in the Lakewood area. As a first-time home buyer, Tony's knowledge was a huge help given how old most of the houses in Lakewood are. Tony knew exactly what to look out for. He was very patient with us and accommodated my schedule. Post-closing he has also been a huge help when it comes to recommending contractors to perform improvements on the home prior to our move-in. Tony is a guru when it comes to west side real estate. He is an expert at analyzing comparative sales and coming up with a perfect number that wins houses, but also save me money.
He also has a mastery of geography and pays attention to tiny details. For my home, he noticed that the neighbor had radon remediation system and that the area is known to have high radon. I bought a radon inspection and the house indeed had 20 picocuries/Liter. I can claim Tony saved my life.

To start, Tony spent hours talking about the pros/cons of the property while writing up an offer. Even after the offer was accepted, Tony still came forward and continued negotiating with the seller to further mark down the price that was already agreed on. Due to some business-related issues on the seller side, the closing process took almost two years. Despite the fact that it was a small transaction, Tony was always patient in explaining the situation to me while working hard with the title company to remediate the problems. He even made himself available and answering calls during family leaves when he had to take care of his love ones.
