Joe Ramos, exceeded our expectations. He was very professional, direct, and assisted and was able to answer all our questions in short order. He guided us trough the whole process and made himself available every day of the week including weekends and all hours of the day. We never had to wait on him for answers as he get us abreast of all that was going on. He was very delightful to work with, his sense of humor and his ability to make us feel at ease thought this process was greatly appreciated, all while remaining very professional.
