Shelly responds immediately via text to any request. She previews listings within a day, sharing her insight into the viability for my particular need. She has the tools to suggest means to my goals: i.e. multiple bids, escalating bids to win the bid within my means. She arrives early at the site, waits if I am tardy. Her cheer and encouragement alleviate indecision and stress. Shelly is a people person who cares about the buyer and seller. She successfully negotiates a deal satisfying buyer and seller. I will employ Shelly in the future for real estate sales.

Shelly was great! Everything was fast and smooth, she made it easy. At closing she gave me this great drawing from her daughter of the property that I bought. I will defubutely go with her agian if i needed anything.

Shelley was very nice and accommodating! We were not from the area but when we found something she was very accommodating in terms of meeting us or doing video conference calls!

Very informative, easy to work with, did what was expected to complete task efficiently

I've been thinking about how I could possibly put together the right words to describe just how amazing Shelley was and I don't think there is anyway to do her justice. But here's a shot... First started talking to Shelley months before I was ready to buy, I was upfront and honest with her that I wanted to ask questions in preparations, no matter how many times I called or how many questions I asked, she always answered them with a smile! When I was finally ready to see properties, she was able to accommodate my travel schedule and met with my wife and I on a weekend to see properties. I didn't make it easy though, I sent her a list of over 20 houses for her to scrub to and help me come up with a short list which didn't phase her at all.

When we selected the property, she was on point making sure all inspections, results, etc were done timely and provided to my Mortgage Broker. She maintained an open line of communication with him and helped me close in record timing.

So many people talk about how crazy or hard it is to buy a house but I can honestly say that Shelley was able to make the entire process a breeze! Shelley, I cannot thank you enough. You've gained a loyal client and friend!

Shelley did a great job searching for a new home for us while we were out of state waiting for our daughter to complete her freshman year in high school. She would take a tour of a house on sale doing the FaceTime for our wish. She went to our closing to make sure everything was good and welcome us to the new home.
