Raquel helped us when we first moved to PHX to find a nice temporary rental for our family of six. She stayed in contact with us for two years to see how we liked the home and just generally cared for how we were doing. So, once we decided we were ready to buy, there was no other person we wanted to work with. She was SO helpful, kept us informed, helped us stay motivated, advocated when needed, did research for us, and so much more. I cannot recommend enough with my words. I had such an amazing experience working with Raquel. She was very good at explaining the selling and buying process of home buying. She always answered and returned call right away if she was busy with others. Never at any point did I feel pressured to accept an offer I wasn't comfortable with. Raquel made sure I received the best value for my home as well as make a strong offer during this crazy market, one that I felt comfortable with. Safety was a big concern in purchasing a new home, not only did she take the time to check the neighborhood on my behalf but she made sure parking was close and convenient(as I am a disabled single mother). Raquel was very personable and I felt very calm during a process that is usually considered a hassle. I would 1000% recommend Raquel to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home.
