If you are looking for realtor who will be responsive, put your concerns first and give you helpful advice all along the way, then Trish is the one for you. I contacted Trish nearly a year ago when I was living in Washington DC to start the house hunt before I retired. Then, I was not sure where in the Charlotte area I wanted to live. With her thoughtful suggestions, we weighed homes in upstate South Carolina, Lake Norman area, and then downtown Charlotte, before narrowing our choice to Matthews. I appreciate how she pays attention to the details and how she shared her unvarnished views of each the house we considered. Even after the sale, she continued to provide valuable insights on professional service providers (painters, floor and tile layers, heating and air conditioning contacts and handymen). This made it a snap to schedule with reputable people—a big deal since previously I had no familiarity with those kinds of service nor people that provided them. All the repairs were done before we moved, and the results are super. We are very happy in our home. I think the biggest challenge in identifying a good realtor is finding someone who will truly listen. I count myself extremely lucky to have found Trish and have grown to appreciate her counsel enormously. I am sure if you contact her, you will have the same opinion too.

What an amazing person/agent! Selling/buying a home is SO STRESSFUL! Having an agent who gets to know you on a personal level and who listens to your needs/wants removes a lot of stress from the selling/buying equation. Trish’s expertise, dedication, professionalism, dependability, and kindness makes her the perfect agent!!! When I needed to sell my home there was NO other person in mind to represent my home and me than Trish. Her real estate knowledge and professionalism completely surpassed my expectations. She was not only a friend going above and beyond her call of duty keeping an eye on my home since I had already relocated out of state but she was also an excellent advocate on my behalf when negotiating and ultimately closing the deal! I asked a friend to recommend a Real Estate Agent with a lot of energy and experience. I needed someone that would be attentive to my needs as a seller and responsive. Trisha Hamilton was recommended. I have purchased and sold two homes prior to now Trisha Hamilton is the best Real Estate Agent I have ever worked with. All of her predictions were true. A day did not pass without some form of communication between us. She is well schooled and smart and was able to guide me through the process of selling my home in three days. The for sale sign was placed in the front yard on Wednesday. Fri sat and sun fourteen buyers walked through my home. I received three offers. Thank you Trisha.
