I have known Trisha for 9 years. In that time she has helped me sell 2 homes and buy 2 homes. Each situation was very different than the last but the one common element that made all a success was Trisha and the incredible amount of knowledge and experience she brings to the table.

Trish Hamilton really is the G.O.A.T of real estate!! We recently had the pleasure of working with her on the sale of not one BUT two houses! On both sales, she was on top of EVERYTHING! She is the master of communication! At no time, for either sale, were we left wondering what was going on. She made sure that we were fully informed on every step of both journeys. If you are looking for realtor who will be responsive, put your concerns first and give you helpful advice all along the way, then Trish is the one for you. I contacted Trish nearly a year ago when I was living in Washington DC to start the house hunt before I retired. Then, I was not sure where in the Charlotte area I wanted to live. With her thoughtful suggestions, we weighed homes in upstate South Carolina, Lake Norman area, and then downtown Charlotte, before narrowing our choice to Matthews. I appreciate how she pays attention to the details and how she shared her unvarnished views of each the house we considered. Even after the sale, she continued to provide valuable insights on professional service providers (painters, floor and tile layers, heating and air conditioning contacts and handymen). This made it a snap to schedule with reputable people—a big deal since previously I had no familiarity with those kinds of service nor people that provided them. All the repairs were done before we moved, and the results are super. We are very happy in our home. I think the biggest challenge in identifying a good realtor is finding someone who will truly listen. I count myself extremely lucky to have found Trish and have grown to appreciate her counsel enormously. I am sure if you contact her, you will have the same opinion too.
