Corenna was awesome to work with and with some work we were able to buy our first home. Corenna is extraordinary in every way. She helped my husband and I purchased our first home last year, which we love, and when my parents wanted to purchase a lake house near us, we wholeheartedly recommended Corenna to help them, too. Corenna is dedicated, thorough, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond for her clients. She replies to text messages and emails in the blink of an eye. If something is needed, she will find the person who can help and coordinate with them to make it happen. After a year and a half of looking for the right fit, my parents found a lake house in Old Town that they adore, and will hopefully be in our family for generations to come. We are all so grateful for Corenna's partnership in making it all happen. We recommend her without reservation!

I was so lucky to have had Corenna contact me when searching for realtors to help sell my recently passed father's home! Corenna was such a blessing. She made a really tough situation so easy and bearable for my brother and I. Even though my Father's house was a massive fixer upper, she could see past that and saw the potential it has! She had professional photos taken of the entire property and did a beautiful property description for the listing! This meant so much to us! Corenna kept us updated every step of the way and could answer any question we threw at her! She's so sweet and kind, but can be feisty when needed! Working with Corenna was great. She knew the local market, she knew the process well, and she was able to give us any and all information about the home, local resources, and so on quickly and completely. She was a great communicator, and very responsive. Because of Corenna's advice and counsel we were able to win the very competitive bidding process (there were 5 other offers on the home, within a week). Once we won the bid she guided us through the escrow process, which was a little more complicated than a typical escrow because the seller was a foreign national and so there were some additional requirements they had to satisfy; and while doing that she was able to connect us to the various professionals we would need for homeowner's insurance, services (propane, electric, etc) and more. Corenna cheerfully managed this whole process with a smile and working with her was a pleasure!

Since the first day I reached out to Corenna about my husband and I buying our first home, she has been extremely fast at communicating! I never felt like messaging or calling her would go unnoticed for longer than 30 minutes. She was super helpful in sorting out the homes that were just what we were looking for, and setting up viewings for the ones we were interested in on the days we were available. Corenna was knowledgeable when it came to questions we asked her about homes in general, like heating, electric, etc. We felt safe in her hands as our realtor, even as vulnerable first time home buyers. Corenna sold 3 properties for me and what a professional and hard working young lady. Corenna and I would go over the details and she would come up with ideas that would make the sale irresistible to the buyer or buyers. We purchased a home in Maine a little over a year ago. Corenna worked with my husband and myself for almost two years looking for the right property. If we could give her a rating greater than 5 stars we would. We looked at several different properties in different areas of the state and at different price points. No matter the price point we looked at Corenna was always professional, responsive, helpful. She always made us feel that our search was very important to her. Her attention to detail would make you feel like you were her only client. We are from out of state and her knowledge and assistance helped us to navigate everything we needed to move forward without feeling overwhelmed. My best advice to you is to choose Corenna to represent your best interests whether you are a buyer or a seller. My second best advice to you is to LISTEN to her suggestions as she knows what she's talking about when she offers guidance. I am so pleased to have worked with Corenna through this process. Corenna was AMAZING!!! Buying a home was definitely a process for us but Corenna was very kind and very patient as we searched for our new home. She was always willing to explain things we weren’t sure about and was on top of everything always being one step ahead. My Husband and I went through 5 realtors before we met Corenna and we hit it off instantly. I could seriously go on for hours about how she is the best realtor this State has ever had. My husband and I had strong doubts we'd be able to find a home in this market but Corenna stayed positive and kept on telling us it was going to happen this year and that our dream home was out there. The women is seriously magic because the second house we looked at is now our home and it couldn't be more perfect. She went above and beyond to make this happen for us and we are forever greatful.
