So Cristy absolutely hands down did what a realtor is supposed to do !!! She was absolutely on point with all the details and phone calls and showings! Made the whole process a lot more manageable with moving from Charleston to west palm and then here !! She does a great job of listening to her client’s needs and does not waste time. She even came to our home and assisted 2 different moving companies.
She is extremely responsive to questions, often responding immediately to our late-night emails after midnight. She shows great attention to the details enabling the transaction to get done. I have the highest level of confidence in her. Our transaction went very smoothly, and we closed on time. We had a few small issues with the buyer’s realtor, but Cristy kept following through. She followed up many times with us until the issue was resolved. Now our home is sold.
