Because of a horrible experience and MANY LOST OPPORTUNITIES with another realtor, we began our search for a new realtor. We lost MULTIPLE offers on at least 8 homes. We only looked at maybe 5-7 houses with matt. The first house we offered on we won. Matthew had recommended a awesome home inspector and needless to say, HE WAS WELL WORTH THE MONEY! Come to find out the home had had fire damage that had been undisclosed. Matthew got us out of that deal quickly and efficiently. Matt showed us 3 more houses we were interested in and on the 3rd home we made an offer. Finally after 2 yrs and 2 realtors we are now settling into our new home. We offered on 2 homes with matt and won both.
Matt has a awesome ENERGY about him. He is very personable, motivated, and I felt like he generally cared about getting us in the right home. At one point, I offered him gas money as a good faith gesture and out of respect for how dedicated and professional he was, he respectfully declined. The area we were searching in is rural and he put in a lot of drive time hours dealing with us.
