Vanessa is the best realtor we have ever worked with! She went above and beyond to get us above asking price. The photographer and videographer she hired were incredible. The video they put together made me question if I even want to sell my house haha! They made it look so good and beautiful and we got multiple offers because of it when for everyone else things were slowing down. She did multiple open houses, brought treats, helped advocate for us in sticky situations, and thoroughly reads contracts.
