Britni Brown is everything a real estate salesperson should be. Upon phone consultation, we told Britni what we were looking for in a retirement home. Being out of state, Britni took the reigns and set up 7 homes for us to see. With her intense knowledge of the VirginiaRiver Realm area, she led us to the home of our dreams. During one of our visits, our lodging fell through. No worries, Britni contacted an inn for us, drove us there, and relieved that worry immediately. She understands her clients, and does everything in her power to make deals seamless. Being from out of state, Britni handled everything for us on the ground in Virginia. Contractors, inspections, and the quick closing is a testament to her skill as a professional in her field. I highly recommend Britni, she is an expert, and knows the Virginia River Realm area thoroughly. We consider her a friend now too.

It was such a pleasure working with Britni! She put her boots on, her kids in tow (or as we like to call them, the "executives") and showed us multiple properties. Some were off the beaten path but Britni did not hesitate. Her car saw some questionable dirt roads that did a number on her vehicle but she pushed through with a smile on her face. Britni was happy to answer any questions we had and made some initial recommendations we probably should've listened to! We are moving back to the area so conducting business, getting documents, and having prompt responses was paramount for us, since we are out of state. Britni checked all of those boxes. We got everything we needed, she was always available, and thorough. We've been trying to find our dream land to build our forever home and Britni made sure we got the first part of that done! We would highly recommend Britni!

From the moment we met her, we have been impressed with Britni. She has an easy, approachable manner. Actually listened to our description of our next house and was proactive in the search.

Furthermore, when we found the right house, she stayed on top of the negotiations and documentations. This was extremely important as we were purchasing a house while living several states away.

Britni was great to work with. She impressed us with her knowledge of home construction and local area things that we might be interested in. She worked very quickly to get us in houses that we were interested in for viewings. Sometimes as quickly as “how soon can you meet me there? I can show it to you right now.” She worked very hard to help find the right house. When it came to making an offer all the way through closing, she took care of everything. Even after closing she checked in with us just to make sure everything was good.

If you are in the market for a trustworthy, reliable and hard working realtor Britni Brown is the one for you and your family. She worked diligently in selling my home and was willing to meet with inspectors and tradesmen on her own time because I now live out of state and was unable to meet appointments. I'm so grateful for all of her hard work and also her compassion for all that I was going through trying to sell a home out of state.
