Lynise is a retired 30-year veteran of the United States Postal Service and certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. She held many positions but her most rewarding was her appointment to Industrial Engineer after acquiring a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering at NC A&T State University. All of these resources have enabled her to master a variety of skillsets. She can take any situation and apply root cause analysis techniques in assessing and driving towards a favorable resolution. These attributes are essential qualities that enable her to be a confident, capable, and effective communicator. Clients will capitalize on her attention to detail when navigating major real estate decisions whether purchasing a home or posturing for marketing.
Lynise is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist. She is a member of the Buckeye Valley Chamber of Commerce, West & Southeast Realtors of the Valley, Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service, National Association of Realtors, Asian Real Estate Association of America Global, Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors, Hispanic Association of Real Estate Professionals, Phoenix Asian Lions Club, and Women’s Council of Realtors West Valley.
Lynise enjoys experiencing new places, food and engaging with different cultures. She enjoys reading and golfing. Lynise is involved in projects of volunteer work for the homeless and Military families of deployed soldiers. She attends and volunteers as a Greeter at Harvest Church. She enjoys the quiet and peace of the woods when hunting and provides meat to families that would otherwise go hungry. Lynise embraces the opportunity to mentor, coach and guide individuals in their major decisions and opportunities.
