Becky is a wonderful REALTOR who goes the extra mile to provide client satisfaction.

She was extremely thorough when showing us homes, making sure we knew all the details of each piece of property. Her knowledge of what to look for in each home was outstanding. Becky demonstrated great patience in showing us some many homes in various areas. Not once did she seem reluctant to meet us at any home no matter where it was located.

The detailed paperwork she provided to us was always helpful. Becky never hesitated to answer all emails and phone calls. We really appreciated her follow up after showing us homes. If I were limited to three words, I would describe Becky as knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. It is our pleasure to recommend Becky Petree as a real estate agent for anyone Buying or selling their home. She is professional and down to earth. We lived in Fl and drove up to NC two times. Becky was great she set up several houses and took notes regarding our specific preferences on a personal level. We finally found the house of our dreams.

I had pre-qualified for a property listing with a lender VETERANS FIRST Mortgage,Ms.Becky was assigned to me through a program for veterans..
