We loved working with Barbara! We were buying a vacation home from out of state so couldn’t see homes as they came on the market. Barbara would go for us and FaceTime us from the house. We trusted her opinions and bought the house site unseen! My husband and I were all over the place about what we wanted, but Barbara was patient and supportive of us. We would definitely recommend working with Barbara as your buyers agent!

Purchasing a new home can bring a lot of anxiety, especially when it has been 36 years since you last did it. Barbara was wonderful in executing the entire process. With over 19 years experience in the realestate business her knowledge was useful when it came to home inspections, insurance references, and knowing the ins and outs of the Terra Cove community. When I had questions, Barbara had a quick response in either knowing the answer or getting the answer. She did a virtual walkthrough with me when i could not be there because I was in Ohio. Barbara represented me well during the closing process. I would recommend her to be your realtor on your next home purchase.

Barbara has been a genuine asset during this entire process. When you have not dealt with the ins and outs of buying a home for 36 years you need an experienced realtor that truly has your back. She has walked me through every step of the process and answered questions in a timely manner. We contacted her and she answered every question we had and so so we decide to make an offer She worked very hard to get the seller to accept our offer. After buying and selling real estate over 50 years, I finally found the perfect realtor!

My wife and I decided to sell our condo in Venice and so we had a couple of the big firms in to provide us with an overview and estimate. Frankly we were not overly excited with either person and decided to round out our interview process with one of the newer firms in the area, Next Home Suncoast. Best decision we ever made!!

Barbara showed up and immediately impressed us with her knowledge of the area, the pricing and the purchasing market activity. She showed us great enthusiasm for our property and filled us with confidence that she could sell in the price range she recommended, which was so much better than previous recommendations.

Barbara was spot on, and the sale was almost immediate. She stood by us through every step of the negotiation and process. We were never without access to her for consultation or to answer any question that came up. This couldn't have been a more perfect process with Barbara leading the way. I would recommend her to anyone considering buying or selling in the general Venice/Sarasota area.

I know if we had been buying in the area rather than selling, we would have also been gaining a great friend.

Barbara was so kind, patient and knowledgeable when we decided to look for a home in Florida. She listened to what we were looking for and in what areas.
