Barbara was excellent! She did the research to determine the value of our lot to help us set a competitive selling price and kept us informed throughout the listing process. We received two offers within a week and were under contract in two weeks. She advocated for us during the closing process and we closed within five weeks of listing. Purchasing a new home can bring a lot of anxiety, especially when it has been 36 years since you last did it. Barbara was wonderful in executing the entire process. With over 19 years experience in the realestate business her knowledge was useful when it came to home inspections, insurance references, and knowing the ins and outs of the Terra Cove community. When I had questions, Barbara had a quick response in either knowing the answer or getting the answer. She did a virtual walkthrough with me when i could not be there because I was in Ohio. Barbara represented me well during the closing process. I would recommend her to be your realtor on your next home purchase.
