From start to finish, Shay was phenomenal! I was deciding between her and another agent and I instantly felt a connection with her and that she would fight for me and she did. Even while working with another agent to sell a joint property (which I probably should have used her for - neither here nor there), she provided insight and tips to make sure that deal closed so I could move with the property I was working with her on. I was out of the country just before closing on my new property and she ensured I had what was needed before I left (and even exchanged messages with me while I was away) to ensure closing would be a success.
On a personal note, Shay takes the time to get to know you on a personal level (she always asked how my daughter was and even me, as I was navigating some personal challenges).

She made sure that she answered almost every question we had and, on questions that she was unsure about she made sure to get an answer from Shauna (Our Broker).
