During what was a very trying time for me personally, he helped me sell my brother's house in record time and with minimal effort on my part. John was wonderful and so easy to work with. He was very patient and worked hard through many obstacles that we encountered with the sale of our home. John always kept us in the know. He was not only our realtor but became our friend as well.

Since I live in the north John handled all issues and attended required appointments for me. John immediately projected the friendliest hand forward when I met him. Over the course of a few months, he stuck with me and worked hard to get me my new home which is my dream castle like structure. He and Peter were wonderful and understanding and never pushed me for something I didn't like or anything out of my budget. John was a wealth of knowledge proven by his years of experience knowing origins of designs, models, plants, and a keen eye for things I might want to be wary of.
