She helped me buy and sell my land. Where should I start. I was looking to buy some land out her way. I spoke with her many times by phone. She seamed very pleasant and knew the area very well. She also is Very fast on getting back to me by phone or e-mail. Jumped right in and helped with some completion on buying the property.
There fore I recommend Chelsea for all your needs on buying and selling real Estate.

Chelsea really listened to what we wanted and never tried to fit us into something that wasn't right for us. We were not in a hurry to purchase something and it took a while for us to find the right place but Chelsea was always available to show us listings and continued to work with us to find us what we wanted. She is very thorough and informative without being pushy and is truly interested in finding her clients what they want and need. I would easily recommend her to anyone.

Chelsea did a fantastic job of finding me a home. Due to my circumstances, I had to find cross sections of schools in this area for my children and she was able to work around that diligently. There was a set back with a first offer, no fault of our side, but she was extremely professional and handled the issue with no problems and found a new area that was even better than before. I can't praise her enough, she was an absolute pleasure to work with!

Chelsea is my first realtor ever . She helped me buy my first house! ?? I moved from Pennsylvania to Murrells Inlet. Friends of mine helped me search for a house with Chelsea. They put me on video and everything. Chelsea was more than patient with me with negotiations and the seller which in this case wasn't so easy . My sale was alittle more stressful than usual because the seller was a mess and she seller was doing things wrong that was on contract. Chelsea was on top of everything to get things cleaned up. I'm so thankful I found her as a realtor because she is kind, gives you a good undersranding on how things work with making the sale, and doesn't let something fly over her, she is very good at communicating and very professional.

Being a first time home owner was a huge step for me. It was scary and very overwhelming. Then I found Chelsea Pagan, she made the whole process fun, relaxing, and informative. Chelsea took the time to get to know me and new exactly what I was looking for. I was able to put all my faith in her and she Always had my back. She was always available to me at any time of the day, sometimes even after hours. She helped me understand this whole process and I feel she went above and beyond to help me find my forever home. Chelsea was our realtor in helping us purchase our home. Chelsea went above and beyond our expectations. She researched properties for sale that would fit our needs. She was always available to show us properties. When we found the perfect property Chelsea helped us tremendously in providing us with multiple names of home inspectors, real estate attorneys in the area so we could choose who we wanted. We relocated from out of state so this was a huge help to us. Chelsea was always available during our negotiation process with the seller. We highly recommend Chelsea whether you are a buyer or a seller she is very knowledgeable and takes great pride in her customers until they are 100% satisfied.
