We were tasked with a situation we didn't want to be in. The death of a family member required us stepping up and selling the home where he lived. The home had fallen into disrepair, and we couldn't imagine being able to find someone to buy it that was willing to show the home some love. We were lucky enough to be introduced to Chad Paulsen. He stepped right in and took everything in stride. We settled on an asking price and when it came to getting some work done on the home before we could sell it, Chad found us a contractor and got the work completed in time before the closing date of the sale. We truly don't know where we would have been without Chad. He took our extremely stressful situation on to his shoulders and carried all the way through from beginning to end. We can't thank you enough Chad. Couldn't have had a better outcome. I highly recommend Chad for your real estate needs.

Chad went over and beyond making sure all the i’s were dotted and the t’s crossed. He was able to answer all my questions and made sure I was satisfied with the answers. Took the time to meet me several times at house to double check a few things. Hung out with house inspector so I didn’t need to be there.
