Chad was an amazing realtor when we were buying our house. He was honest and straight forward and offered his time whenever we had questions or wanted to see a house, even if we wanted to see the same house multiple times. He was great with communication and would go out of his way to make sure we understood the process of making an offer and buying a house. I would recommend Chad to anyone buying a house!
