Samantha was always available for home tours and was very responsive. She was patient and understanding and worked through some tough situations. She was ready to answer our questions and was amazing from referring an awesome local lender, trust worthy reputable inspector, Title company and working within a tight time frame to closing after we closed on the sale of a home in a different state. There were bumps and snags along our journey to finding our perfect home place. Samantha was calm and put in extra time and work to make the process as painless as possible as we were out of state which makes it a bit more difficult. We consider Samantha a trusted friend and will definitely recommend her.

My Husband and I first contacted Samantha the beginning of 2023 that we would love her help in finding us a home in the FLW area while we were living in Washington DC . Which was a first for us buying a home from out of state . Samantha went above and beyond my expectations as a realtor. We exchanged many conversations and house viewings as videos walking through and around properties and while giving personal incite on the home which I highly admired as it felt like she was family helping me find the perfect home and keeping in mind our wants and needs with the home. Many questions answered , viewings later, we were set to close on a house and it didn't work out . Samantha gave a lot of personal incite and advice on negotiations we were unsure of, fought for items that were in our best interest with the home . We did find the perfect home for us and were even given a early move in before our closing date so we weren't in a hotel longer then needed when we moved to FLW. Honestly cant say enough . She would text, call or email at late hours to get things done , straight forwards with us . We look forward to working with her again when we sell or look into buying more property .

Samantha is amazing! We have loved working with her as we purchased a new home! She goes above and beyond for her clients! We live out of state, so she did video walk throughs for us to help us pick a home. She helped us pick and contact a home inspector. She kept us posted every step of the way and helped us with every step. Not only did she help with the purchase of our home, but this being our first PCS (military move), and being part of a military family herself, she gave us so much help and advice about doing a PCS. I have nothing but great things to say about Mrs.Bengston. This was my first home purchase and she took all of the stress away. I never once felt pressured into a place I was not set on. She worked around my insane work schedule. It didn't matter the time of day or what day of the week it was she would show as many places as I asked. Once I found the house I wanted she went above and beyond to do the research about the home and walk me through the process. She help with negotiating closing cost and maintenance to be completed before closing. She helped identify things I would not have thought to look for. I am BEYOND SATISFIED. I will use her for any home I buy in the future. In short, she made me feel like she was helping her sister purchase her first home. She is a go to realtor.
