She was so patient with me when it came down to showing me all of my options, and even went back with me multiple times before submitting my final offer. I could not possibly recommend Amanda more. To me, there's five things you want in an agent: to be knowledgeable about the market, to be on top of the details, to be thoughtful about process, to be pleasant to work with (including with other agents), and maybe the most important of all, to be patient. Amanda has all of those things in spades. She works extremely hard, she doesn't rush you into any decisions, and she's always willing to go out of her way and make time in her schedule to show you a property. She's also a straight shooter, and does a great job of not getting emotional about the properties you like to keep you grounded. Highly, highly recommend.

Amanda did a tremendous job from start to finish on relocating us from the Chicago suburbs to northeast Florida. She was there every step of the way and even attended our home inspection on our behalf. Amanda made the entire process smooth from start to finish. Amanda was great to deal with! We had a difficult seller but Amanda always swooped in to save the day. She wisely kept my negative reactions to ourselves and was able to get what we needed from the sellers. She speaks softly but knows how to handle fierce negotiations. And fierce they were!
I've dealt with many different realtors over the last couple of years.
Amanda is easily in the top 1% of realtors.

Amanda helped me find the perfect apartment in Chicago while I was moving from Boston. It was a big leap to trust her given I couldn’t physically tour apartments but she got me virtual tours and connected me with building staff and I loved the choice we arrived at. So much that I stayed for a second year. Amanda has also assisted me as I’ve begun thinking about purchasing property and I’ll definitely stick with her as I navigate that choice. I’ve also introduced several friends to her that have been thoroughly satisfied. And I really feel the need to mention that she replies very quickly and is easily reachable via phone or email. I had gone through the ringer with these two agents and traveled 8 times to Florida . I was about to walk away from looking when a friend had given Amanda Legault's number. I explained my situation to her and within one month we found the house that I could call my home. She had told me she would not look at any house that she would not live in herself. I knew I had found the right person to find me a home. Which we did without any hassles . SHE is a very hard worker, explains everything in detail and has patience that can't be taught. I had not bought a house in 20 years and everything was very confusing and she walked me through the process and it all went off without any problems. I cannot thank her enough for her everything she has done for me. If it was not for her I would not have my dream home in the fine state of FLORIDA .Thanks again, Amanda, I am living the dream!
