I could not possibly recommend Amanda more. To me, there's five things you want in an agent: to be knowledgeable about the market, to be on top of the details, to be thoughtful about process, to be pleasant to work with (including with other agents), and maybe the most important of all, to be patient. Amanda has all of those things in spades. She works extremely hard, she doesn't rush you into any decisions, and she's always willing to go out of her way and make time in her schedule to show you a property. She's also a straight shooter, and does a great job of not getting emotional about the properties you like to keep you grounded. Highly, highly recommend.

Amanda helped me find the perfect apartment in Chicago while I was moving from Boston. It was a big leap to trust her given I couldn’t physically tour apartments but she got me virtual tours and connected me with building staff and I loved the choice we arrived at. I had gone through the ringer with these two agents and traveled 8 times to Florida . I was about to walk away from looking when a friend had given Amanda Legault's number. I explained my situation to her and within one month we found the house that I could call my home. She had told me she would not look at any house that she would not live in herself. I knew I had found the right person to find me a home. Which we did without any hassles . SHE is a very hard worker, explains everything in detail and has patience that can't be taught.
